I’ve always been deeply curious about people. What drives us, what challenges us, and how we can grow no matter when and where we start. The potential and talent we all have is incredible.

Being a father is one of the most rewarding—and sometimes challenging—parts of my life. I have learned so much about patience, empathy and the importance to show up and be present.

Optimism has helped me all my life, always seeing opportunities in everyone and in every situation. And there have been plenty of moments where things didn’t go as I expected. But through these moments I’ve come to realize that development is about embracing challenges with curiosity, learning from them, and choosing my next step forward.

That’s exactly what Empact Lab is about. It’s a place where we help people; unlock (hidden) talents, overcome obstacles, and create change. It’s a space where learning, growth, and human connection happen in a way that’s both meaningful and fun.
